Sausage & Mash

Allergens: Metabisulphite, celery, milk, gluten

Ingredients (to serve 8 children)

750g sausages, approx 3 chipolatas per child (min 90% pork, gluten free, contains Metabisulphate)

1kg mashed potato

250g carrots, fresh or frozen

250g broccoli, fresh

Gravy (may contain celery, gluten, milk)



  1. Place the sausages on a baking tray and bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes
  2. Peel, chop and boil the potatoes until soft
  3. Drain and mash with a ricer, adding milk, butter, salt & pepper to taste
  4. Cook vegetables and gravy according to taste and instructions or offer baked beans
