Potato Wedges

Allergens: Sesame

 

Ingredients (to serve 10 children)

1500g baking potatoes ( 1 large potato per child)

100ml olive oil

400g cooked meat or vegetarian alternative

200g houmous (contains sesame seed)

400g carrots

1000g cucumber

200g peppers

 

Method

  1. Slice each potato into 8 wedges, coat in olive oil and sprinkle with paprika for added flavour.  Bake at 180℃ for 1 hour
  2. Serve with slices of cooked meat; ham, chicken, turkey or vegetarian alternative
  3. Present a spoonful of humous on every plate with a selection of vegetable sticks
