Tuna Pasta Bake

Allergens: milk, wheat


Ingredients (to serve 10 children)

750g wholemeal pasta (contains gluten) or gluten free alternative

400g brocoli, fresh or frozen

500g tinned tuna

100g cheddar cheese (contains milk)

100g sun dried tomato paste



  1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions, in the last 5 minutes of cooking time add the broccoli to the pasta pan.
  2. Mix the tuna and sun dried tomato paste together to form a sauce, add a little of the pasta water to thin if necessary
  3. Drain the pasta and broccoli
  4. Mix in the sauce
  5. Provide a sprinkling of cheese to serve
