    We require a completed Child Registration Form for every child in advance of accepting a booking. Please complete the details below, or download a paper copy at the end of this page if you prefer.

    We will respond to your registration via email within 2 working days during term time and within 5 working days during school holidays. If you require a faster response please call us.
